What uses subtitle time?
Standard transcription uses time at 1×. High-accuracy transcription runs at 2×. Subtitle translation uses time based on the source subtitle timeline for each target language. Purchased PAYG time joins the same balance, never expires, and does not unlock plan features on its own.

Questions before you choose
Is it really free?
Generating and editing are free. Free exports are 720p with a small watermark, and the free plan covers 10 minutes per video and 60 minutes a month.
Do purchased minutes expire?
No. Time you buy stays on your account until you use it.
Does high-accuracy mode use more of my monthly minutes?
Yes. High-accuracy transcription runs at twice the rate, so 700 minutes becomes 350 if you use it for everything. The same applies to time you buy. Per-video limits are unchanged, and standard transcription stays at the full allowance.
How does subtitle translation use my minutes?
Pro and Max share one subtitle time balance across transcription and translation. Translating a 10-minute subtitle track into one language uses 10 minutes; translating the same source into three languages uses 30 minutes in total. Purchased PAYG time joins the same balance and never expires, but it does not unlock translation or other plan features on its own.
Does pay as you go increase the video length limit?
No. It adds usage only. Per-video limits follow your plan: 10 minutes on Free, 30 on Pro, 60 on Max.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every subscription and time purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee — request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
How does the yearly plan work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12. Pro yearly is $90 (10 × $9) and Max yearly is $150 (10 × $15), with the same features as monthly billing. The two bonus months are included across the year — this is a price conversion, not a free trial of the first two months.
Does PAYG unlock Pro features?
PAYG adds subtitle time to your current plan. It does not unlock Pro or Max features or raise your per-video limits.
Is subtitle translation included?
Subtitle translation is available on Pro and Max. Each target language uses subtitle time from your balance. PAYG-only accounts on Free do not gain translation access.
Which exports can I use on Free?
Free video exports are limited to 720p and include a small watermark. Subtitle file downloads and watermark-free HD video exports require Pro or Max.
Will opening pricing lose my project?
Opening plans from the editor keeps you in your current workflow. Review the options, then close the panel to return to your project.
